InkSplash Studio is a UK-based business specialising in personalised clothing, school uniforms, workwear, sportswear, promotional products and custom printed gifts.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Products

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the printing process.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.
  • Minor variations in garment shade, positioning and print size may occur.

These do not constitute faults.

4. Personalised Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details are correct before placing an order, including:

  • Names
  • Initials
  • Spellings
  • Numbers
  • Colours
  • Uploaded artwork
  • Logo placement

InkSplash Studio cannot accept responsibility for customer errors once production has started.

5. Artwork & Copyright

By submitting artwork, logos or designs, you confirm that:

  • You own the copyright, or
  • You have permission to reproduce the artwork.

InkSplash Studio accepts no liability for copyright infringement caused by customer-supplied artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that may breach copyright, trademark or intellectual property laws.

6. School, Club & Business Logos

Where customers request garments featuring school, club or business logos, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have permission for their use where required.

InkSplash Studio reserves the right to decline any order where permission cannot be reasonably verified.

7. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice.

Once an order has been placed and payment received, the agreed purchase price will not change.

8. Payment

Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

We accept secure payment methods available during checkout.

Where available, finance and instalment options such as Klarna, Clearpay and PayPal Pay Later are provided by third-party providers.

9. Order Processing

Most personalised products are produced to order.

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and product availability.

Estimated production times do not include delivery times.

10. Collection & Delivery

Please refer to our separate Collection & Delivery Policy for full details.

Collection is by appointment only and requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Local delivery may be offered within selected areas at the sole discretion of InkSplash Studio.

11. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Personalised products cannot normally be returned unless:

  • The item is faulty.
  • The wrong item has been supplied.
  • We have made an error with your order.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

12. Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence may be requested before a replacement or refund is offered.

13. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment size.

Size guides are provided where available.

Personalised garments cannot usually be exchanged due to incorrect sizing.

14. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, personalised orders cannot normally be cancelled.

15. Refusal of Orders

InkSplash Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order including, but not limited to:

  • Offensive or abusive designs.
  • Copyright or trademark concerns.
  • Illegal or inappropriate content.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

16. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the goods.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses.
  • Consequential losses.
  • Loss of profits.
  • Business interruption.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by UK law.

17. Website Content

All website content, including photographs, graphics, logos and text, remains the property of InkSplash Studio unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

20. Force Majeure

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
