Please read the following information regarding collection and delivery
Order Processing
As many of our products are made to order and personalised, production times will vary depending on the items ordered.We will notify you when your order is ready for collection or has been dispatched.
Collection
Customers are welcome to collect their orders by prior arrangement.
Please note:Collection is by appointment only. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required before collection. Collections must be agreed with InkSplash Studio in advance. Please do not attend without receiving confirmation that your order is ready.
Local Delivery
InkSplash Studio may offer free local delivery to selected addresses. Please note: Delivery to Buntingsdale Estate and Riverside Drive is offered at the sole discretion of InkSplash Studio. Local delivery is subject to availability, order size and our delivery schedule. We reserve the right to decline or rearrange local deliveries where necessary. If local delivery is available for your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
UK Delivery
Orders outside our local delivery area will be sent using a trusted courier service. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout. Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Missed Collections & Deliveries
If a collection appointment or local delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to rearrange. Repeated missed appointments may result in collection only or additional delivery charges where applicable.
Delays
While we always aim to meet estimated collection and delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather or high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
